What Is A Live Illustration For Corporate Events?

Live illustrations are a unique form of entertainment where guests are painted or drawn throughout your event. Guests receive a hand-painted watercolour portrait to take home as a personalised keepsake to give that wow factor.

What Type Of Corporate Events Do You Attend?

I regularly provide live illustration for many corporate events including: conferences, networking events, awards evenings, product launches, client hospitality events, company celebrations, summer parties, Christmas parties and office socials. 

How Many Guests Can You Paint?

It takes roughly 4-8 minute to paint 1 figure, depending on what they are wearing. In an hour it can vary between 8 - 12 people.

Do Guests Have To Sit For Their Painting?

Not at all. Guests only need to pause for a quick photograph, allowing them to continue enjoying the event while their illustration is painted. They can come back a little later to collect from the desk.

Can You Personalise The Paintings?

Yes we can! If you want your company logo on there, just let us know and we can print these ahead of time.

FAQ's

Do You Paint Outside Of London?

Yes. We're based in London but regularly travel throughout the UK for corporate events. Travel within London is included, and there may be a small charge outside of the M25.

How Much Space Do You Need?

Very little. I simply need a table that can roughly sit 6-8 people and a chair.

Why Should I Choose Illustrations Over Caricatures?

Good question. Unlike caricatures, these paintings capture a more beautiful side of the guests, rather than playing on an insecurity or creating one! These are much more elegant and sophisticated whilst still capturing the guests. ​

How Far In Advance Should We Book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for popular periods such as summer events and the Christmas season. If you're event is last minute, do get in touch and let's see what we can do.
