FAQ's

How do I use my pack?

Once you've bought your pack, you need to individually book your classes so make sure you choose the week's you are available. Please watch this quick video to see how to redeem your lessons.

Can I Rescheule My Class?

Of Course! You don't need to email me to change your class. Simply go into your account, click on bookings and it should give you a chance to reschedule or cancel. Just remember to give yourself 72 hours' notice so you don't lose your credit!

How Do I know When My Pack's Run Out?

You have 6 months to use your pack so plenty of time with both 5 or 10 pack options. If you want to see how many you have left you can check when you go to book.

What Are The Loyalty Points

For Every £1 you spend, you'll receive 1 point. It doesn't sound like much but it's only 10 points for £1 so very quickly, you'll get enough points to book classes for free!
