Join us for a full day, beginner friendly, drawing course. Located in the heart of Waterloo at the charming Travel Cafe, this course offers you the perfect opportunity to unleash your creativity and develop foundational drawing skills. We’ll start by looking at shading techniques to make your drawing easier and quicker, and in the afternoon we’ll apply what we’ve learnt to some still life images that you’ll take away and be proud of. You’re confidence and skills will improve in just short amount of time, allowing you to go home and draw anything you want with ease. You'll learn how to create depth, dimension, and realism in your drawings. - Still Life Mastery: Discover the beauty of capturing everyday objects in still life compositions. Our expert will teach you how to arrange, frame, and draw a captivating still life setup, making ordinary objects extraordinary. - Pencil Control: Develop precise control over your pencils, allowing you to achieve intricate details and textures that breathe life into your drawings. Lunch: Lunch is not included in the course fee, but we'll arrange a group reservation at a nearby restaurant. This provides an excellent opportunity for you to connect with fellow participants and continue discussing your newfound passion for art. Who Should Attend: This course is perfect for absolute beginners who have always wanted to try their hand at drawing. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn! What to Bring: - Comfortable clothing, we want you to relax! Need To Cancel? It's ok! Sometimes life get's in the way and we need to change our plans. If you can give us 2 weeks notice, we'll be able to refund 100% of your fee. If you cancel less than 2 weeks we can issue 50% back, and less than 1 week is non-refundable.
