About the Event
Has it been a while since you picked up a pencil?
Don't worry, these classes are beginner friendly with the aim to make you remember how fun and therapeutic drawing can be. We may not be creating masterpieces but we will be often experiement with different techniques, and different subjects. These sessions are held to promote community and wellbeing so come and join in, the first session is on me and completely free! If you want to come back, and I have a feeling you might, then I ask for a small contribution to help keep the classes going.
This drawing class hosts a mixture of fun with learning. We will begin with a warm up drawing to get the juices flowing and release any pre-drawing fears. No one is here to judges you, only celebrate the wins and indulge in our mistakes. We explore different techniques and tricks to progress your practise as well as keeping it light and entertaining.
What do I need?
Whether you have a piece of paper, some (spare) toilet roll, or the back of an envelope, grab yourself a pencil or pen and let's see what we can create.
Can't make this class?
There is a limited number of tickets per class and we do get fully booked so if you do need to cancel, please give 24 hours notice to receive your refund or switch your class. We may be able to honour this in less time if we can see there are people on the waiting list. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check.
